By accessing or using the HSEF Platforms (including Hazop, JHA, STAR, SCOPE, and LMS), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

HSEF provides cloud-based SAAS platforms designed for industrial safety and risk management. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the HSEF platforms, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Ensuring that all data provided during safety evaluations is accurate and lawful.
• Not using the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Not attempting to hack, destabilize, or adapt the software.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the HSEF Platforms, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of HSEF and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HSEF, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
